Specialized Tours & Events is a member of Agricultural Tour Operators International (ATOI).  ATOI is a world wide association of tour operators that specialise in the business of agricultural travel.

We arrange programmes that enable participants to keep up to date with global agricultural technology, trade, and economic trends.  The programmes typically mix business with leisure.

Any agricultural interest such as dairying, beef, sugar, fruit, sheep, grain, seed, fruit, botany, wine, grapes, vegetables, flowers, tree crops, and forestry can be arranged.

The tour can be of a technical or educational nature, or more leisurely, depending on your needs.  As an ATOI member, you are assured that your tour is organised with integrity and by a company who understand what you want and are dedicated to providing excellence.

Successful tours we have arranged include:
Royal Agricultural Society for the Commonwealth Post Conference Tour.   Group tour of Western Cape for farmers and members of the Royal Agricultural Society of the Commonwealth.  Visits included to various farms, educational facilities and other areas of interest.  Subjects covered included fruit farming, viniculture, protea farming, sheep shearing and insemination and flower export.

RCS Post Conference Tour and Workshop.  Third tour that we have handled for a group of Australian farmers operating throughout South Africa with visits to cattle, sheep and goat farmers.  Subjects included range management, holistic management, game farming and cell grazing.  Included overnight stays on farms and a workshop with local farmers attending.
